Global Shipping & Essential Information for Non-EU Customers

Thank you for choosing us as your trusted RC supplier. Whether you are a seasoned RC expert or just getting started, we ensure your products get to you swiftly and securely, anywhere worldwide.

Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

B2C orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 CET are normally dispatched the same day, provided the order is complete and no additional verification, documentation or regulatory processing is required before shipment.

Our website shows current product availability. Products shown as in stock are available for immediate delivery.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive your packing slip and invoice by email. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been collected by the carrier, where tracking is available.

Shipping Fees for B2C Orders

We apply the following flat shipping fees:

• Belgium: €5.00 per order
• All destinations outside Belgium, except the United States: €9.95 per order
• United States: €35.00 per order for orders shipped directly from Belgium

These shipping fees do not include import duties, local taxes, customs fees or other import-related charges that may apply at the destination.

Delivery Partners

We work with selected international carriers, including FedEx, GLS, DPD and postal services.

The carrier used for your shipment may depend on the destination, shipment characteristics and available delivery services.

Delivery procedures, including the number of delivery attempts and the use of local pick-up points, may vary by carrier and destination.

Estimated Shipping Times

The following shipping times are provided as general estimates from the date of dispatch:

• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: Next Day
• France, Germany, Austria, Spain: 1–2 Days
• Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland: 2–4 Days
• United Kingdom: 2–4 Days
• United States: 3–6 Days
• Australia: 3–6 Days
• Other Countries: 5–7 Days

These shipping times are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, remote-area delivery, customs clearance, regulatory controls, public holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

For shipments subject to customs clearance, the time required for customs processing is not guaranteed and may extend the actual delivery time beyond the estimated shipping time stated above.

Important Information for Shipments to the United States

Recent changes to U.S. import regulations and customs requirements have significantly changed the way international commercial shipments to the United States are processed.

All commercial shipments, regardless of value, now require customs clearance and are subject to applicable import duties, taxes and additional clearance fees.

At the same time, the amount of product-specific information and documentation required for customs clearance has increased substantially.

Depending on the products concerned, we may be required to provide information including:

• HS/HTS codes and accurate commodity descriptions;
• material composition;
• country of origin;
• intended use;
• CPSC information or documentation, where applicable;
• TSCA information or declarations, where applicable;
• metal-origin information, where applicable;
• other product-specific customs or regulatory information.

These requirements can change and may require additional verification and manual processing at product and shipment level. Customs or regulatory authorities and carriers may also request additional information during the clearance process.

As a result, shipments to the United States may experience customs clearance delays beyond the estimated shipping time.

The €35.00 shipping fee charged for shipments directly from Belgium to the United States does not include applicable import duties, local taxes, customs fees or additional import-related charges.

FedEx or another carrier may also charge clearance, advancement, disbursement, brokerage or comparable fees in connection with the import process. These carrier fees are separate from duties, taxes or charges imposed by U.S. authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable import duties, local taxes, customs fees and import-related carrier charges remain the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Important Information for Non-EU Destinations

Where the conditions for VAT exemption on export are met, orders shipped from Belgium to a destination outside the European Union are invoiced without Belgian VAT.

Upon import into the destination country, local customs or tax authorities may impose import duties, import VAT, sales taxes, customs fees or other charges in accordance with local regulations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

We recommend checking the applicable import requirements and charges with your local customs or tax authorities before placing your order.

Import Duties, Taxes, Carrier Fees and Refused Deliveries

We do not determine the import duties, local taxes, customs fees or other government charges applied by the destination country.

Carriers or customs brokers may additionally charge their own clearance, advancement, disbursement, brokerage or comparable service fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

If a shipment is refused or returned because applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or carrier charges have not been paid, or because required information or documentation has not been provided by the customer or recipient, the customer remains responsible for the actual costs directly resulting from the refusal or return.

These costs may include outbound and return shipping costs, customs handling or clearance charges and other directly related carrier or import costs.

Where legally permitted, such costs may be deducted from any amount to be refunded.

TSCA Information for U.S. Importers

Certain products imported into the United States may be subject to requirements under the U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

For imports of chemical substances or mixtures, including certain products such as adhesives, the U.S. importer may be required to provide a positive or negative TSCA import certification.

Chemicals that are part of manufactured articles generally do not require a TSCA import certification unless a specific TSCA rule provides otherwise.

Where applicable, the importer or an authorised agent of the importer is responsible for providing the information or certification required by U.S. authorities for customs clearance.

Failure to provide required information or documentation may result in customs delays, refusal of entry, return of the shipment or other action by the relevant authorities.
